Note: The use of authentic diffuser oils from homemade ingredients like your common fragrance, scented, potpourri, and baby oils will definately play a huge factor on the performance and effectiveness of your diffusers; the formulated oil blend must be just right.. too thick and it clogs the reed, too thin and it will evaporate very fast. Our oil blends are alcohol free and among the best suited for use in reed diffusers. Non- Authentic/ Non-Reed Diffuser Oils are being sold at inexpensive prices, but they simply do not compare with quality nor performance.
How a reed diffuser work
The natural make-up of the ratan reeds (non-bamboo sticks) used in our fragrance diffusers and the special formulated oil from the container and into the room. A simple priming process starts the action. Insert the reeds into the open bottle of oil. After half an hour or so, the scent will now flow continuously from the reeds for months. Anytime you want an extra "dose" of scent, simply turn the reeds around again (optional but not a must).
