All checks must clear our bank before order can be shipped.
Please note: All candles are made to order and are not "warehoused" for immediate shipment.

Returns:
If a significant deviation to your custom/personalized order is identified, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
If error is a result of our oversight, we will refund or replace your order as deemed appropriate.
Otherwise, custom/personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
For all other returns, contact us within 7 days for return arrangements. All products must be returned in their original condition, and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Bon Bon’s CreationsTM is not responsible for missing or damaged items returned to us. For best results, ensure appropriate insurance is added to your return shipping.

As of Jan 2008 we'll ship our products thru USPS. Over the past year it has become very clear that we have less breakage, better tracking and quicker delivery with USPS.
