We guarantee your 100% satisfaction if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. Returns will only be accepted 7-10 business days after delivered purchase.

 

Although orders are packed with the utmost care, every now and then merchandise does arrive broken. In cases such as these, notify us immediately so we can make arrangements to have merchandise shipped back and replaced.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Bon Bon’s Creations^TM is not responsible for missing or damaged returns routed to us.

 

If we made the error, we cover the cost and give you full credit. Other returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.

As of Jan 2008 we'll ship our products thru USPS. Over the past year it has become very clear that we have less breakage, better tracking and quicker delivery with USPS.
